The suite I stayed in was spacious and offered a amazing view. The cleanliness and comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist me whenever I needed help. Plus, the restaurant had a fantastic ambiance and a variety of delicious food options. I genuinely look forward to staying here again!

we had a good stay at novotel. the food was really good, and the dining environment was cozy and welcoming, making it a pleasure to enjoy each meal. we were impressed by the attentive service from the staff, particularly bijeta, arpan, and teja, who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. the gym facilities were also great, thanks to the dedicated trainer who provided valuable support during our training sessions.

The hotel is perfect with outstanding food and good views. It has beautifully maintained and functional rooms and a clean pool. The staff are very helpful, giving their best to make the stay a really good experience.

The staff at Novotel were really good, providing excellent hospitality. Soumya delivered hot water numerous times for my wife, who was unwell, while Sugukumar ensured our room was consistently clean. The reception team, including Prabhat, Anagha, and Bapi, were helpful in arranging transport for hospital visits. Their genuine care made our stay nice. ,

very beautiful building, nice location close to chennai and mahabalipuram, the outskirts of the city, and novotel chennai sipcot for 2 days. also, in a nice area. great beds in our superior king room.

The hotel was in the central setting close to the Siruseri park. What's more, it was next to many restaurants near by, and the outskirts of the city.

During my recent business trip, which was arranged by my director at the Novotel Chennai Sipcot, I had an exemplary experience. The hotel’s amenities enhanced my stay, especially the onsite spa. I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage that helped me unwind after long meetings. The gym was impressive, too; I kicked off my days with invigorating workouts, which were a perfect way to energize myself for the busy schedule ahead. The staff were not only professional but genuinely accommodating. From the clean and spacious rooms to the diverse dining options, everything was great. I felt well taken care of during my whole visit, making it a nice stay.

The location was a bit remote.

A Nice Stay Experience

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its excellent amenities and excellent staff. I was particularly impressed by the Square restaurant, where the diverse array of international cuisine was good, paired with a chic bar serving signature cocktails that added a touch of elegance to my evenings. Free Wi-Fi and valet parking were excellent perks, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai or the nearby attractions.

So, I had a decent stay at this hotel over the weekend! First off, the location is great; it's away from the hustle and bustle but still easy to access the city. The pool was awesome, perfect for a weekend dip. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the folks at the front desk who were super helpful when we checked in.

Now, let's get to the not-so-great stuff. I had major issues with my room not being ready at check-in, making me wait way too long. And can we talk about the breakfast? Total letdown—wasn't fresh and ran out quickly. Lastly, I felt the vibe from some staff was a little off, like they weren't thrilled to have us there because I booked through a third party. I expected better!

The breakfast offered an excellent variety. The clean swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring the area.

Although the room was comfortable, a slight upgrade in amenities would enhance the overall experience.

The comfortable room was perfect for my family. We loved visiting the nearby Marina Mall with tons of shops. Especially Nidhi and Mubin, were accommodating. We appreciated the clean pool as well.

My wife says that the check-in process could be smoother for families with kids.

Had an amazing time with my family! The breakfast spread was very nice, and we especially loved the custom-made pancakes. The pool was perfect for relaxing, and I appreciated the extra towels.

I loved the spa facilities! The massages were very nice, totally melted away my stress. The only downside was the limited parking. It was a fantastic stay 😊

Amazing hotel with excellent Wi-Fi, a helpful fitness center, and great dining options. I remember the staff assisted me with my luggage during my first stay. Definitely recommend this place for a city break!
